Why go local?
often times people ask why should people go local? the list of reason is ongoing but most importantly is comes down to the way your food is raised. on a smaller4 scale closer attention is paid to quality rather then quantity. this is a difference that can not only be seen but can be tasted. for example beef tat comes from a cow raised on a feed lot has not only a different taste but a whole different texture then that of one raised on pasture or on a small farm. in a world of synthetic drugs and steroids don't you think you deserve something natural and wholesome? going local has other benefits besides just quality ,it has health benefits studies show that when you eat local foods or even eat local honey it helps you to build up an immunity to things you may be allergic to as well as it helps lower the reactions you have. the last and most important part of going local is the money the money you spend isn't sent across the country or going in some ceo's bonus it goes to people honest hard working Americans that like me and you are doing what they love.
